滝澤酒造株式会社は、文久三年（1863年）に埼玉県の小川町で創業。明治三十三年(1900年)に現在の深谷市に蔵を構えました。米の蒸し、麹造り、もろみの仕込みなど昔ながらの道具を用い、伝統的な酒造りを継承しています。和は良酒を醸し、良酒は和を醸すという「和醸良酒」を心がけ、造り手が心を一つにして、丁寧な酒造りを行っています。
